What to expect
Your first session
Arrive a few minutes early and you will be warmly greeted. There is no need to bring anything — drums and other instruments are provided for everyone.
Each session begins with a short grounding practice to help you arrive fully. We then move into guided drumming, building rhythm together as a group before entering a deeper, more meditative space.
Sessions close with a gentle return and time to share reflections over tea. The whole experience lasts around two and a half hours.
